Individual Coaching

Tina offers job coaching to a variety of stakeholders. She has worked with beginning teachers, experienced teachers, new and experienced administrators (school-based and central office), and superintendents.

Tina offers one-on-one coaching utilizing a coaching cycle. She begins with a planning conversation to work through goals the person has. She can do observations and collect data requested by the coachee. She has a reflecting conversation after the event or within an agreed-upon time frame, which then leads to a new planning conversation.

This coaching can be in person or virtual, depending on the need. Tina customizes the coaching for the individual.

Tina’s main goal in coaching others is to build their capacity and self-directedness. She helps people find the answers within themselves, thus leading to growth, increased productivity, and job satisfaction.
